Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce that conference registration and abstract submission are now open for the fourth International Conference on Integrated Medical Imaging in Cardiovascular Diseases (IMIC-2027) organized by the International Atomic Energy Agency.
IMIC-2027 will provide a global forum where cardiologists, nuclear medicine physicians, radiologists, technologists and radiographers, and other scientists working across all aspects of cardiovascular imaging are invited to review and discuss current clinical applications, recent advances, and emerging trends in multimodality medical imaging for the diagnosis, management, and follow‑up of cardiovascular diseases.
This conference will highlight state‑of‑the‑art developments in SPECT, PET, CT, cardiac and vascular MRI, and echocardiography, emphasizing their integrated role in precision medicine and patient‑centred care.

Prepare Your Abstract and Apply for a Grant We warmly invite you to submit your work in any of the thematic areas outlined in the announcement, covering clinical practice, research, education, implementation, and capacity building in cardiovascular imaging. This is a unique opportunity to share your knowledge and experience in a major international forum, engage with global experts, and contribute to advancing high‑quality, patient‑centred care in cardiovascular diseases. Accepted contributions will be presented as oral or poster presentations, with dedicated sessions designed to promote discussion and exchange among participants. We would also like to highlight that colleagues from low- and middle-income countries may qualify for a travel grant, subject to IAEA procedures and availability of funds. Deadline for abstract submission: 30 October 2026
