Asia Oceania Journal of Nuclear Medicine & Biology is the official journal of Asia Oceania Federation of Nuclear Medicine & Biology which is sponsored by Nuclear Medicine Research Center of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences.

The aim of the AOJNMB is to provide a forum for the exchange of clinical and scientific information of scientists and physicians working in the field of nuclear medicine & biology and associated professions. This peer reviewed open access journal provides an opportunity for scientists and physicians to publish their research with absolutely no cost for authors. The journal is an open access journal and freely available for download by everyone. This policy will increase availability of important scientific information and exposure of your research article to a large number of physicians and scientists in the field. Free distribution of scientific information to all physicians and scientists will lead to progress in the field of nuclear medicine and it is one of main goals of Asia Oceania Federation of Nuclear Medicine and Biology. AOJNMB is a step forward in reaching this goal.

Although AOJNMB mainly focuses on clinical investigations relevant to nuclear medicine but also reports on original works relating to radiopharmacy and radiochemistry, animal studies as well as medical physics, image processing and radiation effects. The AOJNMB also provides an opportunity for publishing articles which address issues in the field of nuclear medicine which may be important for developing countries in general and or for Asia Oceania region in particular.
Different types of articles including, original articles, clinical investigations, case reports, short communications, technical notes and letter to the editor are welcomed. The journal also publishes meta-analysis, editorials and invited reviews in the field of nuclear medicine and biology.
