2014 Asian Nuclear Medicine Board Examination The first ANMB (Asian Nuclear Medicine Board) exam will be held during the 2014 General Annual Meeting of ARCCNM. A physician who has successfully passed the exam is conferred the title of "Fellow of the Asian Nuclear Medicine Board" (FANMB). Nakanoshima Center, Osaka University Eligibility Ø Medical doctor whose age is 45 years or less at the time of examination Ø who holds national license in nuclear medicine Ø who has more than five years' experience in nuclear medicine practice * Application of doctors over 45 years of age will be accepted when application of younger doctors is absent or not qualified.
* Additional qualification program for senior members will be notified according to the discussion at this year's national delegate assembly Ø Requirement: application form with CV, publication list, self-assessment essay, recommendation letter of ASNM senate/president of national society, abstract for presentation at GAM-ARCCNM and copies of certificates and Passport Ø Deadline: June 30, 2014 >> extended until July 10 Ø Please send all required documents by e-mail: arccnm@arccnm.org Ø 25 candidates every year Ø ANMB committee qualifies the applicants and makes notification of qualified candidates for sitting in the ANMB examination. The multiple choice questions (MCQ), case interpretation and interview in English Candidates attend the AGM of ARCCNM after the examination and have oral/poster presentation. Ø 4 nights (Nov 3rd~7th) accommodation will be covered by ARCCNM. Ø Registration fee will be waived. Ø $100 as a fellowship fee will be deducted from allocated. Textbook for ANMB Examination, an English version of Chapter 12 and 13 in the “Textbook of Clinico-Radiological Technology, the 12th edition”, which was published in Japanese (Editors; Drs. Takahiro Kozuka, Seiya Inamura, Kazuya Yamashita, and Akimune Hayami) in 2010 by Nankodo, Tokyo, Japan.
