Accommodations will be arranged for all participants by the ARCCNM at Best Western La-Vinci Hotel in Dhaka, not Hotel Orchard Plaza. Two participants will have to share a room together because of budget limit. If you want to use a single room separately, however, you are required to pay a half of a room rate, USD 30, to us or we will deduct the same amount from your airfare to be reimbursed. If you want a single room, please let us know ASAP and please kindly understand this inconvenient situation. I will inform you the list of room allocation soon. Airport pick-up service will be provided if you let us know your flight schedule by January 24th.
